Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated Sales Producer to join our high-performing sales team in a fast-paced office environment with opportunities for remote or hybrid work. Leverage provided lead programs to market, sell, and build strong customer relationships across auto, home, and personal lines insurance.

Ideal candidates have proven sales success, strong communication, and a drive to meet monthly targets. Licensing in Property & Casualty is required, with life/health licensing a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have Personal Lines (Auto and Home Insurance) sales experience and be Property & Casualty licensed.
• Must be resourceful and tech-savvy.
• Client-facing background is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Coachable with strong ethics and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Generate quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines insurance policies.

Responsibilities

• Licenses preferred: General Lines in Property & Casualty (paid assistance available)
• Drive new business growth through inbound and outbound sales strategies
• Generate quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines insurance policies
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success daily
• Cross-sell and upsell existing clients to deepen relationships and boost retention
• Cross-sell and upsell Life & Health products with both existing and new clients
• Build referral partners with mortgage lenders, realtors, and other professionals
• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain long-term client satisfaction
• The Agency will provide leads to help generate sales
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals—because your paycheck depends on it!

Requirements

• Must have Personal Lines (Auto and Home Insurance) Sales experience for a fully remote role and be Property & Casualty Licensed
• Must be resourceful and tech-savvy
• Client-facing background is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
• Must be motivated, independent and determined
• Highly Preferred: General Lines Property and Casualty License (will help obtain license)
• Highly Preferred: General Lines Life & Health License (30 days after employment, will help obtain license)
