Job summary

Catholic Community Services is seeking a strategic Senior Contract Administrator to oversee insurance and risk-management functions across its Western Washington operations. The role reports to the CFO and drives governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in insurance programs and claims, and willingness to travel across Western Washington and the Portland area. Competitive benefits and salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, insurance, occupational safety, business administration, public administration, finance, or related field preferred.
• Industry certifications (CPCU, ARM, CRM, AINS, CSP, ASP) preferred.
• At least five years of experience managing commercial insurance programs, renewals, and claims; risk management and compliance experience.
• Knowledge of property & casualty insurance, claims, enterprise risk management, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage organization’s enterprise insurance programs across multiple lines and coordinate renewals and broker responses.
• Oversee property, liability, auto claims from first notice to closure and coordinate with adjusters and insurers.
• Administer certificates of insurance and investor compliance processes for contracts and loans.
• Coordinate internal insurance liaisons; conduct trainings on certificates of insurance and related topics.
• Lead risk management and loss prevention initiatives; conduct facility inspections and track corrective actions.
• Analyze loss data by line and location; prepare regular loss/claims reports for leadership.
• Support regulatory compliance, internal audits, and external inspections related to insurance, safety, and risk management.
