Catholic Community Services of Western Washington (CCSWW) is seeking a strategic Manager of Insurance and Loss Prevention to oversee the organization's insurance programs, claims processes, and loss-prevention initiatives across CCSWW and related entities.

You will lead risk management efforts, coordinate with brokers and insurers, train internal liaisons, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting leadership with data-driven loss trend analyses.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, insurance, occupational safety, business administration, public administration, finance, or related field is preferred.
• Professional designations CPCU, ARM, CRM, AINS, CSP, or ASP are preferred.
• At least five years of experience managing commercial insurance programs, renewals, and claims.
• Experience in risk management, loss prevention, safety, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across decentralized organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Insurance Program Management across professional liability, general liability, property, auto, workers’ compensation, cyber, environmental, fiduciary, crime, flood, volunteer services, and related coverages.
• Manage claims from first notice of loss through closure and coordinate with adjusters, brokers, and TPA.
• Manage certificates of insurance and investor compliance processes.
• Coordinate training and workshops on insurance topics and develop enterprise insurance materials.
• Identify operational, financial, legal, and reputational risks and coordinate mitigation strategies, inspections, and reporting.
• Analyze claims and loss data to identify trends and cost drivers; prepare reports for CFO and leadership.
• Support regulatory compliance, internal audits, and external inspections relating to insurance, safety, and risk management.
