Acrisure Trade Credit, a global fintech leader, seeks a Senior Placement Specialist in Sandy Point, CT. You will lead complex middle-to-large market placements, guide team training, and drive process improvements while ensuring accurate EPIC submissions.

Join a data-driven, collaborative environment with strong client focus; you will analyze exposure, negotiate coverage, and partner with markets to deliver tailored solutions. On-site presence required to collaborate with teams and leadership.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of insurance experience, with emphasis on middle to large market placements.
• Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office products; strong Excel and Word skills.
• Active insurance license currently held.

Responsabilidades

• Timeline & Process Management: maintain timeline and process during new business and renewal, including exposure analysis, quote specs, negotiation of coverage offers, and presentation of coverage proposals.
• Communication: collaborate within the team and with markets to ensure alignment.
• Policy Review & Recommendations: review policies and contracts and recommend improvements.
• Submission Preparation: prepare property and casualty submissions including Acord applications, loss summaries, and exposure schedules.
• Data Analysis: analyze prospect client exposure/loss data and develop financial models when needed.
• Market Relationships: maintain relationships with insurance companies and wholesalers.
• Confidentiality: handle confidential information.
• Carrier Systems & Comparative Rating Tools: rate policies to assist quoting and proposals.
• Licensing Compliance: maintain all licensing requirements.
• Professional Development: attend seminars and trainings to improve expertise.
• Coverage Analysis & Strategy: perform coverage gap analysis and tailor recommendations.
• Project Work: work independently and in teams on projects.
• Risk Resource Engagement: engage risk resources for specialized expertise.
