Job summary

Acrisure Trade Credit is seeking a Strategic Placement Specialist to manage new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts. You will oversee timelines, conduct exposure analysis, prepare quote specifications, and present proposals to clients, collaborating with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners.

Responsibilities include timeline management, policy reviews, submission preparation, data analysis, and leveraging carrier tools to craft strategic coverage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance experience with middle to large market placements.
• Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Excel and Word required.

Responsibilities

• Timeline & process management across new business and renewal cycles.
• Communicate effectively within teams and with markets.
• Review policies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare submissions and coverage specifications with accurate data.
• Analyze prospect client exposure and loss data in Excel.
• Maintain relationships with insurers and wholesalers.
• Handle confidential information with care.
• Use carrier systems and rating tools to assist quoting.
• Maintain licensing compliance and ongoing professional development.
• Deliver coverage analysis and tailored recommendations for clients.
• Work independently and on projects with risk resources when needed.
