State of Colorado’s Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) seeks a PC&T Consumer Services Analyst to regulate Colorado insurance laws and serve as an ombudsman for consumer inquiries and disputes. The role provides guidance, training, and quality reviews to analysts, coordinating workflow for the PC&T Consumer Services Director.

The position supports complex investigations of insurance complaints across homeowners, auto, commercial, and title lines, helping resolve issues consistent

Responsibilities

• Investigating complex written complaints filed by Colorado consumers involving all types of PC&T insurance, including homeowners, private passenger automobile, commercial, workers’ compensation rate complaints and title complaints.
• Analyzing and detecting problems or violations of insurance law, regulations and/or policy contract provisions by investigating the allegations presented in a complaint.
• Facilitating practical resolutions for assigned cases and coordinating with the PC&T Consumer Services Director and team.
