Job summary

RELX INC in the United States is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead API and system-to-system integrations for insurance carriers, guiding customers through technical and business milestones.

You will manage multi-stakeholder projects, provide consultative guidance, and build trusted partnerships while ensuring successful delivery and adoption of LexisNexis Risk Solutions' insurance data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8+ years in implementation management or related customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance operations, including underwriting, rating, and carrier workflows.
• Experience managing complex customer implementations.
• Experience with XML, JSON, SOAP, Web Services, and SFTP.
• Proven ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong presentation and training skills, including executive interactions.
• Proven leadership in process or operational improvements.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance carrier implementations of API and system-to-system integrations.
• Act as the primary customer contact, providing technical guidance and strategic consultation.
• Manage implementation projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, pre-implementation workshops, customer training, and executive presentations.
• Support connectivity setup and integration discussions (XML/JSON/SOAP/SFTP).
• Coordinate internal resources, resolve issues, manage priorities, and remove roadblocks.
• Monitor progress and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Travel as needed to support engagements.
