Branch Financial, LLC seeks a senior Financial Reporting Manager to own statutory reporting and help scale finance operations. You will collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal and Insurance teams to ensure data reliability, audit readiness, and regulatory alignment.

This senior IC role requires crafting audit-ready documentation, managing quarterly and annual NAIC filings, and driving internal control enhancements for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA a plus.
• 8+ years in property & casualty insurance finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory reporting.
• Ability to interpret financial outcomes and report accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own statutory reporting end to end and maintain documentation for controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal and Insurance teams.
• Prepare and deliver NAIC filings, RBC analysis, and forecasting tools.
• Develop an internal control testing framework for growing audit needs.
• Support cash handling reconciliation and data quality improvements.
