Job summary

Infosys McCamish Systems seeks a senior project leader to drive end-to-end development and production support for retail insurance programs in a global delivery model. You will schedule assignments, monitor progress, manage risks, and own people performance and billing processes.

You will lead scope, SLAs, estimation, resource planning, and governance while guiding a team of up to 30, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to CMMI Level 5 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering required.
• 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in life insurance/annuity projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proposals/Change Requests: Create and gain approvals for SOWs or Change requests within SLAs.
• Project Scoping: Own change management to scope.
• SLAs: Ensure contractual production support SLAs are met.
• Estimation: Lead and review estimation activities with quality goals.
• Resource Planning: Plan resources and ensure proper allocation.
• Scheduling: Prepare and basel ine detailed project schedule and manage changes.
• Risk Planning/Mitigation: Create risk plan and mitigation steps.
• Project Tracking/Report: Track scope, backlog, and budget, report status.
• Governance/Meetings: Run weekly/bi-weekly status meetings with clients.
• Financials: Billing accuracy and budgeting updates.
• People Management: Guide senior members, mentor juniors, manage teams.
• Quality: Ensure project runs at CMMI Level 5.
