Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of application development, production support, and testing projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Lead project planning, estimation, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, and change management.
Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and support proposal activities with approvals.
Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to achieve project objectives.
Monitor performance, provide status reports, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and utilization.
Maintain strong client relationships as the primary delivery contact.
Mentor and develop team members aligned to organizational goals.
