Job summary

MIB in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional, high-profile software delivery programs in a bimodal environment. You will partner with business stakeholders to align strategy, product vision, and execution, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Prior life insurance experience is preferred. This role represents the PMO across the organization and requires strong communication, leadership, and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is required.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.
• Proven experience applying Agile methodologies and managing SDLC projects.
• Ability to coach teams and drive continuous improvement in a bimodal delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the PMO and act as a trusted partner to business and technology leaders.
• Lead planning, design, development, testing, implementation and onboarding for cross functional projects.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure transparency of progress, risks and dependencies.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and delivery metrics to stay on time and within scope.
