Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Ability to try jury trials and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Strong written and oral advocacy and complex information communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle high exposure cases and complex litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other legal documents.
• Attend court events, depositions independently.
• Mentor junior attorneys and advise insured clients and claim partners.
• Collaborate with experts, manage client relationships and use case management tech.
