Argo Group is seeking a highly capable insurance coverage and bad faith litigation specialist to join our team in Omaha, Chicago, or New York offices. This 100% in-office role reports to the SVP, Claims Legal, and requires handling complex coverage disputes nationwide.

You will negotiate settlements, reserve funds, and provide technical leadership to claims personnel, with a focus on profitable outcomes and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of insurance coverage disputes and litigation handling.
• Strong negotiation and settlement experience across multiple lines of business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
