Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing accounting operations and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, general ledger and financial reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Lead monthly close and department-level reporting.
• Coordinate with tax advisors and regulatory filings.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff.
