Jerry.ai is seeking an Insurance Compliance & Regulatory Senior Lead to strengthen our Insurance Operations. This remote-friendly role reports to the Senior Manager of Insurance Ops and focuses on de-escalation, regulatory responses, and systemic fixes across state regulators and carrier partners.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in insurance compliance, strong regulatory knowledge, and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance experience, including 3+ years in state insurance and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with NAIC model regulations and market conduct standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication with legal precision.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven improvement skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead escalation operations and manage complex customer issues end-to-end.
• Own regulatory responses, DOI inquiries, and carrier audit workflows.
• Partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering to fix root causes.
• Maintain audit-ready records and meet regulatory deadlines and SLAs.
• Coordinate carrier relationships during high-stakes investigations.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the compliance and ops teams.
• Document regulatory trends and inform leadership of risks.
