Jerry.ai is seeking a senior leader to drive insurance compliance and regulatory operations. You will helm the escalation framework for complex customer issues, coordinate responses to state regulators and carrier audits, and partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering to translate findings into policy and product improvements.

You will manage a governance framework ensuring audit-ready records, timely regulatory reporting, and robust risk management while coaching teams across compliance,

Formación

• 5+ years in insurance with 3+ years in state regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing regulatory inquiries (DOI) and carrier audits.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into policies and training for teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to legal detail.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the end-to-end escalation framework for critical customer complaints.
• Own DOI and insurance carrier responses including official correspondence.
• Partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering to convert findings into product/process fixes.
• Own the complaint log and ensure audit-ready records and deadlines.
• Serve as primary liaison for carrier partners during investigations and inquiries.
• Provide coaching and guidance to teams on compliance and claims support.
• Maintain regulatory reporting and documentation for risk oversight.
