You will own the requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, endorsements, coverage changes, and compliance, working with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Operations to ensure builds match intent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as business/systems analyst, with 3+ years in P&C insurance.
• Translating insurance concepts into structured requirements for Eng/Tech Product.
• Knowledge of policy administration systems and rating/config rules.
• Experience creating user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven collaboration with agile/IT teams including UAT and validation.
• Synthesize stakeholders' input into clear, documented decisions.
