Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Life Insurance and Group Benefitsfocused engagement teams in a remote role across the United States. You will help define, design, and implement target-state architectures that modernize policy administration, underwriting, claims, and data platforms.

You will work with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions, build roadmaps, and advise on cloud adoption, APIs, and integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant consulting, architecture, or technology experience.
• Experience across Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits is preferred.
• Knowledge of policy administration platforms and integration approaches is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformation initiatives.
• Develop architecture artifacts, solution designs, and technical specifications across policy administration, underwriting, claims, servicing, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Contribute to target-state architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and provide technology recommendations and trade-off analyses.
• Support data architecture activities including data migration and cloud-based data platforms.
• Ensure governance, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
