Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Life & Group Insurance transformation teams. You will design target-state architectures, develop artifacts across policy admin, underwriting, claims, and data, and partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will help define modernization roadmaps and evaluate cloud-enabled platforms, contributing to governance and security compliance while enabling delivery teams to implement architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in consulting/architecture/tech.
• 3+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience with PAS platforms such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, or equivalents.
• Strong understanding of the Life & Annuity value chain and config.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance projects.
• Create architecture artifacts, designs, and tech specs across policy admin areas.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements.
• Develop roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned with goals.
• Evaluate platforms and provide technology recommendations.
• Assist with integration, data migration, and cloud services.
• Participate in governance, reviews, and security compliance.
