Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Life & Group Insurance architecture and transformation teams. You will help design, deliver, and govern target-state architectures across policy administration, underwriting, claims, and servicing while working with onshore and offshore teams.

You will develop architecture artifacts, assess platform capabilities, and guide modernization initiatives leveraging cloud technologies and best practices. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher requested.
• 6+ years of relevant consulting/architecture/tech experience.
• 3+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver life/group insurance solution architectures.
• Create architecture artifacts, designs and specs for policy administration, underwriting, claims, and servicing.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Contribute to target-state roadmaps and modernization strategies.
