Huntington Insurance, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Account Specialist to support service, retention, and growth of our client portfolio.

You will provide administrative, technical, and operational support to Producers, Account Executives, and Account Managers, ensuring policy transactions and documentation meet agency standards. The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of commercial insurance industry experience.
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, carrier changes, coverage updates, and regulatory developments.
• Respond promptly to service requests; resolve inquiries and ensure follow‑through.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Managers, and carriers to address client needs.
• Process policy transactions including endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, certificates.
• Review endorsements, audits, and policy documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support new business and renewal marketing by gathering underwriting information.
• Prepare client summaries, renewal presentations, and related materials.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in agency systems.
• Document client interactions and policy activity per agency standards.
