Huntington seeks an Insurance Account Specialist Senior to support policy administration and client service across our agency network. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with Producers and Account Managers, and timely handling of client requests.

You will maintain client records, assist with renewal activities, and contribute to growth initiatives while upholding industry standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year commercial insurance industry experience and active P&C license.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills; detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Maintain client records and process policy transactions, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
• Assist with underwriting information gathering and documentation for new business and renewals.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Managers, carriers, and clients to meet service requests.
• Prepare summaries, renewal materials, and marketing materials; ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Escalate coverage or client concerns as appropriate and ensure regulatory compliance.
