Job summary

You will provide administrative, technical, and operational support across Producers, Account Executives, and Account Managers, ensuring accurate policy transactions and documentation in line with agency standards. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of commercial insurance experience, an active Property & Casualty license, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of commercial insurance industry experience.
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Possession or pursuit of industry designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU, AAI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of insurance industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Respond promptly to service requests, researching issues and ensuring follow-through.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Managers, and carriers to address client needs.
• Perform service and policy administration activities with senior team members.
• Process policy transactions (endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements).
• Review policy documents and carrier communications for accuracy and compliance.
• Support new business and renewal marketing with underwriting information and documentation.
• Prepare client summaries, renewal presentations, and proposal materials.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems.
• Document client interactions and service actions per agency standards.
