Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of commercial insurance industry experience.
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
• Industry designations or progress toward CISR, CIC, CPCU, or AAI.
• Experience with agency management systems and document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, carrier changes, coverage updates, and regulatory developments.
• Respond to service requests by researching issues, resolving inquiries, and ensuring follow-through.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Managers, Account Executives, carriers, and team members to address client needs.
• Perform policy administration activities with Account Managers, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Process policy transactions including endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, certificates, and related docs.
• Review endorsements and policy documents for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Support new business and renewal marketing by gathering underwriting info and coordinating with clients and carriers.
• Prepare client summaries, renewal presentations, and proposal support materials.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in agency management systems.
• Document client interactions and service actions according to standards.
