Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to support the account team with administrative and client services, renewals, and policy coordination. You will work under a Manager or Producer to ensure accuracy and timely delivery for a portfolio of accounts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in insurance customer service, brokerage knowledge, and an active license (CISR preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of support staff and account team.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Support new and renewal business including submissions and proposals.
• Review contracts for proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and manage receivables.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status to the team.
• Uphold service excellence and policy compliance.
• Seek continuous improvement and uphold IOA values.
