Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide admin and customer service support to the account team. You will work under supervision to ensure renewals, submissions, and coverage details meet standards while managing small accounts and escalations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and renewals.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and billing tasks.
• Support new and renewal business with submissions, proposals, and binding coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the team.
• Strive for service excellence and adherence to policies.
