Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least two years of experience as an instrument processor or Surgical Technologist.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required on hire or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between Operating Room and Sterile Processing.
• Lead case cart assembly, decontamination, and sterilization of reprocessed surgical inventory.
• Oversee loaner trays and core tech responsibilities; standardize instrument trays enterprise-wide.
• Serve as clinical liaison between ORs and CSS sites; ensure timely instrument delivery.
