Job summary

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High school graduate or possess the G.E.D. is required with two years of experience as an instrument processor or Surgical Technologist.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification is required upon hire or within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between the Operating Room and Sterile Processing Departments to ensure efficient case flow.
• Oversee loaner trays and core tech responsibilities.
• Organize instrument trays globally to standardize procedures across the Enterprise.
