Actalent is seeking an Instrumentation Engineer/ Electrical Reliability Engineer for our Hopewell, VA plant. The role focuses on reliability, maintenance, and electrical performance across a range of equipment, including instrumentation and controls.

You will lead RCFA teams, support capital projects from design to startup, and ensure safety and compliance in a chemical manufacturing setting. This permanent, fully onsite position offers a pay range of $95,000 to $142,600 per year and benefits

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience as a reliability engineer specializing in instrumentation and controls.
Experience with VFD, hardware, and schematic design.
Experience with SAP, Meridium, or similar system for reliability data collection and analysis.

Responsabilidades

Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs for electrical equipment and controls.
Provide electrical oversight of activities generated by the Management of Change process.
Support capital projects from design phase to startup.
Lead RCFA teams and apply lean principles.
Develop and implement reliability control plans for electrical systems.
