AdvanSix in Hopewell, Virginia, seeks an Instrumentation/Electrical Engineer to support the Maintenance and Reliability organization at the Hopewell Plant, applying reliability engineering principles and data analysis to improve equipment performance.

The role oversees preventative and predictive maintenance for electrical equipment, supports capital projects from design through startup, and leads RCFA efforts while ensuring plant safety standards and reliability initiatives are met.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of reliability engineering experience in instrumentation and controls.
• Experience with electrical design, repair techniques and performance assessment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs for electrical equipment and controls.
• Provide guidance on new electrical equipment technology and plant standards.
• Lead RCFA teams and apply lean principles to improve processes.
• Support capital projects from design through startup and commissioning.
• Interact with maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure reliability.
