Job summary

Westlake Chemical seeks a Specialist - IE (Instrument) to enhance reliability of instrumentation and related electrical systems across the site. You will lead improvements in preventative and predictive maintenance, align maintenance plans with criticality, and support ISO and safety objectives.

The role requires strong collaboration with Production, Maintenance/Scheduling and Engineering teams, plus hands-on development of calibration databases, AMS, and training programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of instrument maintenance experience preferred; candidates with 8+ years will be considered.
• Experience in industrial plant facilities with maintenance, planning and scheduling knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement methods to improve reliability of Instrumentation and Electrical systems.
• Develop and maintain instrument maintenance procedures and calibration databases.
• Investigate chronic instrument failures and propose long-term solutions.
• Assist management of instrumentation spare parts and warehouse stock revisions.
