Westlake Chemical Corporation seeks an experienced Specialist - Instrumentation (IE) to improve reliability of instrumentation and electrical systems across the site. The role focuses on preventative and predictive maintenance, aligning maintenance and inspection plans with criticality rankings.

Responsibilities include managing calibration data, PM optimization, spare parts, and supporting asset management systems. Strong collaboration with production, maintenance, and engineering is essential.

Qualificações

Background with industrial plant facilities and maintenance planning/scheduling.
Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple departments and crafts personnel.
Experience with instrumentation reliability improvement projects.

Responsabilidades

Identify and implement reliability improvements for Instrumentation and Electrical systems.
Develop and manage calibration databases and documentation.
Assist with instrumentation spare parts management and revisions to warehouse stock.
Review instrumentation PM data to optimize maintenance frequencies and procedures.
Support control valve repairs and asset management system implementations.
Provide input on new projects and instrumentation training programs.
