Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Instrumentation or related field required.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation and controls.
• Experience delivering technical training and mentoring preferred.
• Experience in oil & gas, chemical, or process industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver advanced training on instrumentation, calibration, and control systems.
• Conduct classroom, field, and hands-on lab training for diverse personnel.
• Create lesson plans, presentations, workbooks, exercises, and assessments.
• Customize content to site equipment and learner levels.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
