Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to lead design and implementation of process instrumentation and control systems across municipal, power, and industrial projects. The role covers DCS and PLC architectures, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and collaborating with clients onsite and offsite in a hybrid environment.

You will prepare specifications, calculations, and project documentation, supervise designers, and contribute to budgeting and risk

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Engineering is required; BSEE preferred.
• FE exam taken and passed.
• PE license preferred but not required; ability to attain PE license.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Experience with design, analysis, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze control systems for municipal water, power plants, and industrial facilities.
• Lead project coordination and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical specs.
• Review data, prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• Support client communications and meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC per Stanley standards.
