Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Sr Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to work on multi-disciplinary projects for state-of-the-art facilities across the United States. You will design and optimize control systems, develop P&IDs, size valves, and specify instrumentation while ensuring compliance with codes and industry standards.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers, gain mentorship, and contribute to mission-critical solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
• 6+ years of experience with instrumentation and control.
• Experience with mission-critical control systems including BMS, SCADA, and DCS.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize control systems for industrial and commercial facilities.
• Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation and model design data.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to meet codes and standards.
