Job summary

The Area Lead Instrumentation Superintendent at Bechtel is responsible for the safe, efficient execution of direct-hire instrumentation scope on a major project site in New Albany, Ohio. You will lead field teams from planning through turnover, ensuring alignment with schedule milestones and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supervising direct-hire instrumentation construction on large industrial projects.
• Ability to lead multiple supervisory and craft personnel across disciplines.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation installation, testing, calibration, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Provides field leadership for direct-hire instrumentation construction within the assigned area.
• Develops and drives 3-week look-ahead and 90-day execution plans.
• Coordinates with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and startup to align labor, materials, and access.
• Maintains readiness/backlog and resolves constraints impacting milestones.
