RINA Piraeus Team in Houston, TX or Chicago/Lisle, IL is seeking a Senior Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Engineer to lead the design and development of instrumentation and control systems for oil & gas facilities.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure I&C systems meet project requirements and comply with industry standards, including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, sensors, actuators and control valves.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with automation and instrumentation.
Instrument detailed design deliverables, PLC/HMI, narratives, logic and integration.
Competences in the design of F&G detection systems.
Willingness to travel up to 10% regionally; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

Prepare instrumentation and control deliverables.
Prepare automation architectures and control philosophies.
Participate in multidisciplinary reviews.
Prepare technical recommendations.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure I&C systems meet project requirements and comply with industry standards.
Ensure I&C systems adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Produce detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, drawings, manuals, and operating procedures.
