Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group is seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to analyze, design, and develop learning solutions across media. You will work both independently and with a project team to deliver courses for diverse clients, communicating with customers and SMEs.

The role requires five years of ISD experience, strong writing and communication skills, and mastery of industry tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, and Lectora. Bachelor’s in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience developing training across multiple media.
• Strong writing, language, grammar, and content organization skills.
• Ability to analyze and design learning solutions per customer requirements.
• Design content for eLearning, ILT, and virtual classroom training.
• Effective communication with customers and subject matter experts.
• Proactive problem solving and dependency management.
• Regular status updates to project leads.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop innovative learning solutions for diverse industries.
• Lead development for courses across multiple media types (eLearning, ILT, VCT).
• Collaborate with customers and SMEs to ensure requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot problems and propose effective training solutions.
• Maintain accurate project status updates with the development lead.
