Job summary

Comcast Corporation is seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer - Technical Learning to independently design and deliver innovative learning experiences aligned with strategic objectives.

You will analyze data to refine content, collaborate with SMEs, and drive continuous improvement across learning programs. The role requires designing courses, leveraging modern learning technologies, and coordinating with L&D to align initiatives with HR goals.

Qualifications

• Designing instructional materials and courses that align with organizational goals and learner needs, while working independently.
• Analyzing learner demographics and performance data to tailor and improve learning strategies and outcomes.
• Evaluating learning solutions' effectiveness through data analysis and leveraging findings for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure instructional content accuracy and relevance.
• Incorporating cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the educational experience.
• Coordinating with the Learning & Development team to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with strategic HR objectives.
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions, leveraging expertise to deliver content and elicit participant feedback.
• Championing a culture of continuous learning by promoting opportunities and best practices throughout the organization.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
