Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner demographics and performance data to tailor and improve learning strategies and outcomes.
• Evaluate learning solutions' effectiveness through data analysis for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Incorporate cutting-edge learning technologies to enhance the educational experience.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development to align initiatives with HR objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, delivering content and eliciting participant feedback.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning by promoting opportunities and best practices across the organization.
• Regular attendance and ability to work nights/weekends as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
