The role partners with subject matter experts across teams, applies cutting-edge learning technologies, and champions a culture of continuous learning. Evening and weekend availability may be required as schedules demand.

• Incorporating cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the educational experience.
• Coordinating with the Learning & Development team to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with strategic HR objectives.
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions, leveraging expertise to deliver content and elicit participant feedback.
• Championing a culture of continuous learning by promoting opportunities and best practices throughout the organization.
