Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of professional experience designing online, hybrid, and/or technology-enhanced learning experiences.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, learning outcomes, and assessment design.
• Experience translating complex content into clear, accessible learning experiences for adult and professional learners.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Design and Course Development for adult audiences across online, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Workforce and Skills-Based Program Design aligning with learner and industry needs.
• Faculty, SME and Industry Collaboration to co-design effective programs.
• Learning Technology and Course Production using Canvas and related tools to ensure accessibility and engagement.
• Project Management and Quality Assurance from scoping to evaluation and revision.
• Continuous Improvement through data analysis and adoption of emerging learning technologies.
