You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and deliver management and associate training programs across the enterprise. The role emphasizes instructional design, adult learning principles, and measurement to ensure programs meet objectives and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Instructional Design, Learning, Leadership, Psychology, or related field required.
• 3+ years in training delivery or instructional design, preferably in a large multi-state or global company.
• 3+ years HR experience in talent management and related functions (talent acquisition, development, training, performance).
• 3+ years of managing multiple priorities and projects under time, budget, and political pressure.
• 3+ years of strong communication and responsiveness in various situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional training delivery methods (in-person, online, self-service) and media like AV materials, guides, and curricula.
• Consult with business leaders and SMEs to conduct task analysis and recommend solutions.
• Support design and integration of HR learning programs to meet strategic business goals.
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and evaluation methods.
• Conduct needs assessments to improve employee performance and achieve company goals.
• Use instructional design to create blended learning solutions.
• Collaborate with the reporting team to measure effectiveness of solutions.
• Contribute to HR training design for management and staff.
• Partner with readiness resources across departments on learning projects.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations to meet timelines.
