Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support a large-scale training initiative on a 12-month contract basis, with strong potential for extension. You will join a small team and help develop engaging eLearning content supporting multiple Epic applications and workflows.

The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who can quickly turn educator content into polished learning solutions, using Articulate Storyline and multimedia to elevate learner engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Experience creating self-paced training programs from provided content and requirements.
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and instructional design best practices.
• Experience building engaging digital learning solutions beyond instructor-led training.
• Portfolio showcasing instructional design and eLearning development work.
• UI/UX and visual design skills to create polished training experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning curricula using Articulate Storyline.
• Build training packages from Epic content and workflows across ~20 Epic modules.
• Create visually appealing, interactive learning experiences using multimedia.
• Collaborate with educators to transform content into polished learning solutions.
