Slalom is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to support a major system implementation through year-end, with potential extension. The role focuses on creating e-learning modules, coordinating with project teams, and driving user readiness using Articulate Rise and Workday LMS.

You will work directly with a Slalom Program Lead to deliver impactful, adoption-focused training. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in L&D/Instructional Design, 3–5+ years in large-scale tech

Qualificações

• 7–10 years in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design.
• 3–5+ years building training for large-scale system implementations or tech transformations.
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM experience.
• Experience creating e-learning content in Articulate Rise and administering content via Workday LMS.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create and publish e-learning modules using Articulate Rise and support deployment through Workday LMS.
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and SMEs to ensure content accuracy and alignment with releases.
• Support user readiness and adoption efforts throughout the implementation lifecycle.
