Job summary

Slalom is hiring for an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver training for large-scale technology implementations. You will create e-learning with Articulate Rise, manage content in Workday LMS, and partner with stakeholders to ensure readiness and adoption across projects.

The role requires 7–10 years in L&D with 3–5+ years in large-scale programs, plus hands-on Salesforce CPQ/CRM experience. Works in a fast-paced, independent, project-based environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design experience.
• 3-5+ years developing training for large-scale system implementations or technology transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM.
• Experience creating e-learning content in Articulate Rise and administering content through Workday LMS.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
