Publix Super Markets, Lakeland, FL, is seeking a Senior Instructional and Curriculum Designer to partner with business areas and transform complex needs into impactful training solutions. You will guide large-scale learning initiatives, develop curricula, and ensure consistency and performance improvements across associates and leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning, or related field.
• Two years of experience in the full lifecycle of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of blended-adult learning experiences or training programs.
• Two years of experience using authoring tools like Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or Articulate Rise.
• Two years of experience managing project teams and overseeing project implementation.
• One year of experience managing a total employee training program, preferably in retail/service.
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise/Studio/Replay).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Knowledge of change management concepts and approaches.
• Strong project management skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

• Leading, defining, and conducting performance or training needs analyses.
• Planning, managing, and coordinating complex training programs and projects with teams and schedules.
• Managing curricula across programs including hourly training, management training, onboarding, and leadership development.
• Designing and overseeing development of training solutions.
• Evaluating training deliverables to ensure alignment with operations and objectives.
