You will build instructor-led and digital curriculum, develop Articulate e-learning courses, and create practical job aids to support operating standards. Collaborating with Operations, field teams, and franchisees, you translate complex information into clear training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience facilitating training and building curriculum for adult learners.
• Hands-on proficiency developing e-learning in Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
• Proven ability to create clear, practical job aids and performance support materials.
• Project management, cross-functional collaboration, information gathering and validation and converting complex content into learning experiences.
• Restaurant operations knowledge; LMS administration and troubleshooting; training effectiveness analysis; anticipating business needs and identifying training gaps.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual training.
• Develop and maintain interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
• Create concise, visually clear job aids, guides and reference materials for restaurant execution.
• Build structured curriculum with learning objectives, lesson plans, activities, knowledge checks and assessments.
• Gather and validate content with subject matter experts; simplify operating procedures into effective learning experiences.
• Partner across Operations, Field and other functions to align materials and support rollouts.
• Manage training projects, milestones, reviews and revisions to deliver content on time.
• Support LMS content administration and troubleshooting; use learner feedback to refine training.
• Identify emerging training gaps and recommend learning solutions.
