Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer to create innovative learning solutions using instructional design theory, adult learning, and content development.

You will design across eLearning, instructor-led training, blended formats, and performance support materials while mentoring peers and aligning with ADP standards. You will collaborate with SMEs and leaders to assess needs, develop design documents, measure outcomes, and drive adoption of best practices in learning design.

Qualifications

• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities.
• Use Articulate 360, Captivate and AT tools effectively.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to build learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning across eLearning, ILT, blended learning, job aids and performance support.
• Measure learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor other Instructional Designers and elevate team capabilities.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply agile design practices and maintain ADP learning standards.
