Team Carney, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer / Consultant to modernize the USPTO training curricula. You will analyze 125 existing courses, work with SMEs to update pedagogy, and design a comprehensive curriculum blueprint.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or Curriculum.
• Experience revising high-volume curriculums (>40 courses preferred).
• Expert grasp of modern learning models, gamification, and AI-assisted instruction.
• Consultation experience for potential legal content.
• Experience in classroom learning environments and consultation on classroom technology requirements.
• Government contracting environment experience required.
• Recent USPTO and Patent program experience preferred.
